i injured my right shoulder and next week i need to get back to training i am a bodybuilder BTW my left arm is twice as strong as my right arm and i don't know how this happened!. I didn't lose muscle or tear anything

Check with a specialist what's wrong with your shoulder!.
Don't put your bodybuilding above your health and well-being!.
Don't neglect your health, because without it, bodybuilding becomes much harder and painful!.
Always check what's wrong if you're in pain, so you won't make any long-term injuries!.

you are very confused man!. go and get some sleep for 2 days!. then your arms can catch equilibrium!. sleeping is quite better than medicines!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
