Question: Dietist Or Exersize Expert Help Please!?
So, Im Planning To Start To Loose Weight Tommorow, But I HAve Some Questions!.
1!.) Is The Fat Burning Zone Real, And How Do I Know If Im In it!?
2!.) If I Drink Lots Of Water,Exersize Intensly 2 hours A Day, And Eat At The Right Times Of Day and avoid fatning foods, will it make a big difrrence, i dont eat breakfast either!.

Alright, my suggestion to you is to not exercise that intensively at first!. Otherwise, you'll probably burn yourself out and no longer be motivated to work out anymore!. You can work your way up to that point, though!.

1!.) The Fat Burning Zone is real, you'll start seeing differences after two weeks!.

2!. I suggest eating breakfast!. This will make you less tried throughout the day!. If you're tired, you will be less likely to workout!. Just eat a bowl of cereal or oatmeal!. Don't eat something sugar coated and unhealthy, like Cinnamon Toast Crunch, though!.

I suggest eating lunch in the middle of the day, and then dinner around 6:00 p!.m!. You don't want to eat too late because your food will not digest as well!.


Also, I suggest eating in the range of 1600 to 1800 calories, and then working out to lose weight!. Try to work out for half an hour a day if you can!. I suggest something moderate, like jogging, or biking!. Walking is suitable, too, but won't be as effective!. The reason I suggest working out and not just focusing on eating less is because you'll be healthier in the long run!. You'll turn fat into muscle, and boost your immune system and metabolism!.

If you feel this range of calories is too, high, then you can lower it by 100 each week, so 1500 to 1700!. Just don't do too significant of a reduction!.




Some extra tips, to feel more full at dinner, eat foods that hold a lot of water, such as brocoli and cauliflower and fruits!. Also, later at night, if you get hungry, eat a healthy snack, such as unbuttered popcorn, an apple, a bowl of cereal, etc!. Just don't eat something too large, because that's bad to do right before bed!.



If you stick with eating healthy and working out, it will definitely start to make a big difference!. You just have to stick with it!.
