I have an OBGYN app!. soon!. I have gained weight and it has made me so uncomfortable! I have tried every program out there, seriously!. I have all kinds of exercise equipment, which I will use!. i saw in the paper a bit back that they had a pill that inflates in your stomach!. which makes you full for about 2 hours,
seems uncomftable but seems the only way!.
