Question: Will I ever be healthy!?
I am 13 years old and I weight more than 150 pounds!. Does anyone have any tips that will help me without leaving rude comments!? Exersize tips, eating tips, ect!. Thanks a lot!Www@Answer-Health@Com

I'm 13, going onto 14!.!.I was 150 pounds once, and it sucked badly!.!.but here is what I did to change it:

1!. Stop eating high caloried foods! Don't eat crap all day!.!.its okay to eat icecream or cake or something once in a while, but dont eat a lot of it!.

2!. Burn about 300 calories off by running (If you don't have a treadmill, run for about 20 minutes!.)

3!. Swim! It will melt off the fat!

4!. Search youube for workout videos!.
(I highly recomend the youtube channel, "Sparkpeople"

I love doing recreational excersize!. Bikeriding on the beach, sports can be fun too, like tennis, or swimming!. A game of tag with your friends, playing with pets!. Even just dance around in your room to your favorite music for half an hour!

As for eating tips!. start by keeping eating whatever you're eating only eat smaller portions!. You'll be hungry at first, but stay strong! and your body will get used to eating less!. Then don't eat carby food, like junk food, or ice cream, etc!. Incorporate more vegetables in your meals, they can fill you up! Also, drinking water inbetween meals can make you a little less hungry!.

I'm trying to lose some weight too, and it's hard, but have fun and don't stress too much about it!. You can do it!Www@Answer-Health@Com

you just have to work for it!.
just eat rightt and try to go for a walk or something once in a while:)
umm theres this cereal called kaishi and if you eat like nothing but that for a week you can seriously sometimes lose like 5 pounds because its totally healthy, it has a lot of fiber so you go to the bathroom a lot so its easier to lose weight and you can eat as much as you want of it as long as you don't go over 2,000 cals which is easy not to!.
oh and i also heard of this one diet that its like a two step diet all you have to do is calculate how many calories you eat in one day and then take 500 calories out of that and you can lose 1 pound a week and you don't have to really do much just be a little more active and i bet one pound could change to two pounds:)
so say you take in 3,000 calories a day, then all you have to do is eat 2,500 everyday and i think it might workWww@Answer-Health@Com

what i do is make it a daily thing where i exercise everyday for at least 10 mins starting out!. what i do is take something i love doing and use it to modivate me (like computer, tv, showering and so on)!. when ever i want this one thing i have to work out in order to get it!. do sit ups, run around your house, whatever you can!. so when i connect the two things it almost becomes a "have to"!.

If you do that for 2 weeks you will have no problem after that!. it will be really hard first 2 weeks, but after its as natural as eating!.

and with time you could add on to that 10 mins!. hope i helped :)

Frozen apples and grapes are delicioussss!.
Try those, when you want something sweet!.
Just excersize and eat healthier!.
I know it's not as good but eating wheat bread, instead of white bread does good!.
Keeping a food log on what you eat actually does a LOT!.
It sucks keeping up with those but write down EVERYTHING you eat for about a week and you'll start noticing some changes!.
Jump rope, go for a bike ride, swim, jog, or dancing to your favorite CD helps with the excersizing!.

I went through a similar thing when I was about 13!. I had always been skinny my whole life and I just randomly ballooned!. Now I'm back to being a healthy weight that I feel very good about!. 150 is not that much!. It all depends on your body type, how tall you are etc!. At the end of the day your only 13, don't stress about it!. Be active and eat reasonably!. Don't go on crazy diets to try and look good!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

1) DONT GIVE UP just today she was sayig she hasnt changed and when she stepped on the scale bam two punds gone
i suggest u give up meat except fish!. no fried food or junk food and NOOOOO CAKE, COOKIES, AND ICE CREAM!. i understand its summer so to cool down get some sorbes and just have a little bit!.
Jog once a day my sis now jogs 3 miles everyday for 5 days a week so i suggest getting an ipod!.
do crunches and buy seventeen magazing or cosmogirl they have some tips :-)Www@Answer-Health@Com

Lay off milk, juice, potatoes, ranch, mayonase, noodles or any starches, fast food, no soda unless its diet them limit yourself there try not to eat sweets, don't eat anything an hour or two before bed, eat until you are satisified don't get full!.!.!.!.!.!.try walking,jogging or running for at least 10 minutes a day then gradually excerize longer and drink plenty of waterWww@Answer-Health@Com

My recommendation is to not start all of this all out once!. Start off with just working out first!. Ride a stationary bike, or walk/jog on the treadmill for 30 minutes a day!. Whenever your in a store and you see that candy just sitting there!.!.!.start to think about all the bad things about it!.

1) Whats the point of eating it!? it tastes good yes but only for a few seconds! thats it, then its gone and will take you 20 times longer to get it out of your system!.

cut your diet down and cut the carbs to a low!. diet is 90 percent of losing weight and the other ten percent is exercie eat lots of fruit and vegitables some meat and dairyWww@Answer-Health@Com
