Question:

I want to lose that fat on my stomach and thighs.?

Because of that fact that I haven't been dancing a lot in the summer, I have lost my tight muscles, and now they're just flabby. I really want to lose the fat on my stomach and thighs. I know that to lose the fat on my stomach and thighs, I have got to eat healthier than I do now and exercise more than I currently am. Does anyone have any diets that they have used that have worked. Also, if you have any exercises that will help to tone up my body, I would love to hear them. Thank you all for your help!!!<333

Exercise wise - interval training is the way to go. It burns fat a lot faster than conventional training. It is a lot harder than just running at the same pace for 20 mins but you will see results faster. Plus it increases your metabolism more so when you finish training you will keep burning calories for longer than if you train at one constant intensity.

To begin with try a 30 min workout session (equivalent to 1 hour normally). On each piece of cardio train at a high intensity (i.e. treadmill at 11mph) for one minute, then half the speed and train at this for two mins. Repeat this 5 times. Hope this makes sense to you. Make sure that you complete the training session though for some brilliant results. Within a couple of weeks you should notice a huge difference in how you look and how much fitter you will feel.
