Atkins diet?!

has anyone lost any weight on this diet, if so, how much?

Forget the Atkins diet. I would direct you towards the often-overlooked activity of exercising......If you are serious about losing weight.....and.....keeping it off, then you need to start exercising and plan on exercising regularly for the rest of your life. Add muscle to change your metabolism, don't deprive your body of needed carbohydrates...which fuel your muscles....rather...develop more muscles. Don't look for the easy way out and you'll see much better results long-term.
