Question: Whats a good way to tone my arms and stomach!?
I have muscle there but my arms are still flabby and I want them toned!. And pretty much the same with my stomach!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

For your arms, I'd lift weights!. Not a big one - a bar about a foot and a half in length, with 10 pound weights on either side, for a total of 20 lb plus the bar!. If you lift that every day, and do some curl ups (hands on either side facing out, and pull it up to your chest from your hips!.), and most importantly, continue it, you'll start to see results pretty soon!.
