Question: Two questions, whats makes you stronger and
whats a better leg workout!. Does it make you stronger using heavy weights with low reps or light weight and high reps!. Whats a better overall leg exercise, squats, lunges or both together!. Do either of these exercises work the calves!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

the best way to build strength is by maxing (heavy weights, low reps) low weight high reps builds tone, but reduces flexibility!. calf raises(use the squat rack, and raise to your tip toes for a few seconds each rep) or u can do a calf-raise at the end of each squat when u do low weight high reps!. bigger faster stronger, mike
