Assuming you must go without one or the other, water is, of course, healthier!. There are other sources of calcium, potassium, and vitamin D, but water is necessary for life!. Water has no calories and is not fat-dense, and no one can possibly be allergic to water!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

water is everything- you shower with it, you drink it!.
look you can just see it so obvious!. why are scientists so hyper about water found on mars!? [well actually it was ice but there's still water particles] because water = life! they're excited and jumping around because water = life! so it means there will be some sort of life on mars!
hey look, but scientists don't go around sending pheonix [or other space probes] to mars to look for milk, eh!?

water bcuz no calories and its rly good 4 hydrating u instead of energy drinks which have a lot of calorie and sugar
then there's milk i like this too bcuz its got a good amount of protein and its also very good at keeping your bones healthy! Www@Answer-Health@Com

well i dont think that it's an all or nothing thing!.!.!.!. you shouldnt exclude milk from your diet, but you wouldn't want to drink nothing but milk either!.!.!.!.
Can always opt for a glass of skim milk a day (or yogourt, or cheese, etc)!.
And can never go wrong with plenty of water!.

Water!. Milk is actually bad for you!. It was actually for calf's!. And they also stop drinking it at a certain age!. But humans tend to drink it all the time!. So I would advise to drink water most of the time and milk once in a whileWww@Answer-Health@Com

water is much more important because you can't replace water but you can replace the vitmins in milk>>don't forget some people are lactose intolerant so they have to get their calcium some other wayWww@Answer-Health@Com
