Diet Pills and Green Tea!

Question: Diet Pills and Green Tea
I know you will probably say I'm stupid for using diet pills but I'm willing to try anything to lose weight as I have struggled with my weight since I was 9 so please don't criticise me!. Anyhoo, do you think it's ok for me to drink green tea while taking a diet pill called Slim Bomb!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Answers:
drinking both the tea and taking the pill will probably be too much for your body to handle!. they each have a lot of caffeine and OD'ing on caffeine can cause dizziness, nausea and heart palpitations!.

keep drinking the green tea and save your money, don't buy the pills!. Diet pills temporarily speed up your metabolism!. You will lose weight and gain energy, however as soon as you stop taking them your body will try to return to normal, and slow your metabolism back down and you will gain all, if not more, of the weight back!.

Healthy diet and excercise is the only way to permanantly reduce your weight and feel better!. Www@Answer-Health@Com

Absolutely useless!.
Think of metabolism like a car, the bigger the car, the more fuel it burns, the smaller the car, the less fuel it burns!.!.!.It's exactly the same with the human body!. Its a myth that bigger people have a slower metabolism!. Weight loss is a simple input and output balance, if you eat more calories in a day than your body burns up, you'll gain weight!. The only real effective way is to do vigorous exercise and reduce calorie intake
There are however benefits of drinking green tea, which is loaded with antioxidants!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I'm not going to mention the diet pills because others all ready have and I'm sure you have thought it through and i doubt i could change your mind!.
But i do believe that the tea would be good for you and i doubt it will be bad with your diet pills as it is natural and also great for your body as it is a detoxant!.
just make sure you don't rely on the pills and you watch your food intake and work out!.

Hope this helps!.

Diet pills don't work !.

What does work is eating healthily and exercising!.

If you've really done this and still not lost weight, then you need to see your doc to rule out any underlying health problems!.

My guess is though, you're just another lazy fat person who can't be bothered to exercise and eat properly and just blame your weight on everything else!.

Stop making excuses, eat an apple instead of a mars bar and go for a run in the park!.
