Is it safe for me (a 13 year old female) to take a tea which contains senna to flatten my stomach the day before I go to the beach? I have a little stomach pouch so I want to get a flat stomach. I'm planning on not eating for the next three days becuase I'm leaving on Monday night and I want to take the laxative on Sunday night so I can poop Monday morning. I'm so frusterated becuase I leave for the beach in 3 days! Should I take the laxative?
