Want to lose weght?!

Want to lose weght?

I'm 14, 5'4", and i weigh about 115lbs. I want to lose about 5-10lbs. or burn that fat and turn it into muscle.

I don't want to go on a diet or anything, but are there any excersices which will help me achieve this??

areobic excercise is the best. you don't sound overweight at all, sounds like a perfect weight...but turning into muscle is a good idea. get a fun aerobic workout tape and go to town. do a combination off aerobic work outs and muscle strengthing. if you can't go to a gym, do pushups and leg lunges. these use your own body weight as resistence
