What should consist in a good daily workout?!


Question: What should consist in a good daily workout!?
I want to get healthy before going off to boarding school and wanted to try exercising everyday!. Thanks!!!Www@Answer-Health@Com

Don't exercise every day!. Your body needs time to rest after working out, especially if you're not used to it!.

You need to do cardio (like walking, jogging, bicycling, dancing, workout videos, etc) for at least 20 minutes when you work out!. Do a google search for target heart rate to find out how hard you should be exercising!. Also important is strength training - like lifting weights or doing weight machines at a gym - and stretching!. ALWAYS stretch after you exercise at least a little (preferably at the end of your workout) because you will hurt your muscles or make them not able to exercise well if you stretch before they are warmed up!.

start with a warm up!. i like the bike!. it really gets your heart pumping and makes the rest of the workout easy!. then run!.!.!.remember distance/time not speed!. then you could do some abs, arms, and legs!. do good core training!. be sure to stretch before so you dont pool anything!. you could also take a pilates class or yoga!. kick boxing is great and it really tones your legs!. a healthy diet is key!. eat lots of fruits and vegetables!. don't stay away from carbs though because carbs make it easier to run!. eat lots of protein as well!. good luck!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

first start with not eatin as much juck food as u do now

then start slayin a sport or walk or something everyday for about 10-30 minutes a day

last drink a lot of water and get good sleep
