Question: Im in the process of losing weight!.!.i need ideas so that i wont end up with much jiggly skin!.lol!.
i jumprope for about 20-30 mins!.i started jumping rope this week!.
i jog in place for like 15 min!.
stretch for like 5 min,!.
50 crunches!.
20-30 wall push ups!.


jiggle under my arms and jiggly thighs worry me the most!.EW!

first of all WOOHOOO for you losing 37 lbs already that is so AWESOME!.

if you dont want jiggly skin and all after you lose all teh weight try not to lose ALOT of weight in a SHORT period of time that causes saggy skin and all (beleive me i know i had 2 kids and a saggy stomach to prove it lol)!. then another thing i can tell you is to make sure to moisturize twice a day to help your skin firm up as you lose weight!.

ok onto the nitty gritty!. i had just answered someones question about situps so check this answer out first!.

then you NEED to stretch out your body for more than 5 minutes if you workout any muscles taht are not wamre dup you increase your chance of injuring yourself!. set up a routine where you do cardio 3 times a week then the other 4 days you work on a specific part of your body whether its your back and biceps or legs and back, tricep chest and arms!. what you should do is go on google look up different exercises for the areas of your body you want to imporve on ( leg exercises, arms exercises etc)!.

I know for the jiggly thighs LUNGES are great look up different forms of lunges!.

arms - curls,in and out bicep curls, tricep kick backs reverse grip tricep kickbacks, lawnmowers,elbows out lawnmowers, static arm curls, full supination concentration curls!.

shoulders- alternating shoulder press, deep swimmers press, chair dips,shoulder fly's

chest- military pushups, standard pushups, wide fly,decline,diamond pushups!. wide

legs- balanced lunges, calf raise squat, super skaters, wall squats,step back lunges, alternating side lunges, single leg wall squats,deadlift squats,3 way lunge,sneaky lunge,chari salutations, toe roll iso lunge, calf raises!. (toes pointed in out and regular)

back- reverse grip chin up,wide front pull ups, closed grip overhand pull up, switch grip pull up,back fly's,

look up the exercises you dont know and im sure you will find out!. make sure to get at least 20 grams of protien during each meal if not more and be sure to take in 22 grams of protein right after you work out you have a half hour to put that protein into your body!. why do you need protein!?
protein helps burn fat and build muscle!.

why to take it right after working out!? your body needs the raw material to rebuild the muscles you just workedout and if you dont take the protein through food your body will take protein from your muscles that are already there to repair the damage done (exercising)Www@Answer-Health@Com

If you are youngish (30's, say or under) avoid sunlight and cigarettes your skin will not jiggle, or not jiggle for long!. The older you are, the more sunlight you get, the more tobacco you use the greater the chances your skin will not shrink properly!.

A reasonable target of just a few pounds a month will let your skin tighten up as you lose weight!. Also a slow loss plan tends to work, crash diets always fail eventually!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

you're doing alot of cardio, which is great for burning fat!. but if you want to avoid getting "jiggly" you need to tone!

i would suggest lifting light weights, possibly even carrying them with you while you jog to maximize your workout-- i know you said without equipment so if you really want you can fill water bottles with dirt, i know people who have used those as cheap weights, it supposidly works! For the arms, try doing push-ups!. These work your entire arm, shoulders and your chest!. Aim for 20 full military style but start out slowly!.

For the thighs, try skating, squats and kick boxing!. For squats, do 3 sets of 10 (keep your back straight) and skip a day in between workouts!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Walk! Walk up stairs often!. (I walk out my front door and around my house, then up the stairs several times a day!.) Find a place you can swim, if possible!. You might be losing weight too fast; you want your skin to fit when you reach your goal!. Www@Answer-Health@Com

it depends on how much you weight, if you weight a bunch, then lose a bunch you will have juggly skin!.
