Question: Whats a good workout plan for someone who wants a six pack
i already run about 3!.5 miles today and am on a diet!.!.!. im pretty skinny i just want a six pack!.!.!. wuts a good workout plan to get a six pack and wuts good to build my arm strenght if i only hav 8 lb dumbbellsWww@Answer-Health@Com

Get a gym membership if you want your arms to be big and have a awesome looking body!. Nothing you can do with 8 pound dumb bells but maybe bent-over lateral raises but still thats only one of many you should be doing to improve arm strength!. Buy "the body sculpting Bible for men" its a awesome book that will show you everything that needs to be done!. When you do crunches aim your head and shoulders to the ceiling not towards your knees!. Bicycle crunches, Trunk curl and crunches, V-up, Knee-in, Lying leg raises (my favorite), and Incline board sit-ups are very good for those abs!.
