ok today i started my diet in the morning i had half a begal and an apple and water then everytime I got hungry in between i ate just salad and for luck i had cucumber broccolli and cauliflower and the bread i ate was whit so i ate the bread because im scared if i stop eating carbs and i eat it after my diet is finished i wil gain my weight bak and is this diet good so far im going to go on the treadmill in like an hour too so can somone assist me thanks!

Vegetables have carbs too, you don't need bread or bagels. Make sure you're getting enough protein and vitamins. The treadmill is great. Watch your calories. One mile of walking burns about 200 calories. If you burn more calories than you take in you will lose weight. Keep going, don't give up on your diet and exercise!
