I am not fat - I am average more to the thinner side but I would like to lose 5 pounds to feel better!. I want to lose 5 pounds in the next two weeks!. What are some ways I can to that!? Keep in mind I want to lose weight the healthy way meaning I am not going to starve myself!. I can walk on a treadmill evryday or go to the track!.( accept i cant run bc i have problems with my knee) Please list ways that I can achieve this goal of losing 5pounds!. Thank You!.
