Answers:
Take the mass xxx before you work out or drink it as you are working out!. Maybe throw in a scoop of the whey to up the protein!. Other than that you are just eating the supplements as food!. The mass xxx has all the carbs and protein you need for your workout!. You are supposed to get 1g of protein and 0!.5 g of carbohydrate per pound of body weight during the period between 1 hour before the start of your workout, during your workout and within an hour after you work out!. I would cut this figure in half!. So 75 grams of protein 37 grams of carbs is reasonable!. On non workout days if you are getting enough protein and calories you don't really need the weight gainer!. It is only to give you high quality fast absorbing protein and high glycemic index fast absorbing carbohydrates that you need after a workout to stop your body from trying to get energy by eating your muscle!. Your body actually continues to destroy muscle after you stop working out!. Replenishing you glycogen supply helps to minimize this effect thus increasing the rate of your progress!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

You should eat egg whites when you wake up and you shouldn't be eating anything right before you go to bed!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
