Getting to lift heavier?!


Question: Getting to lift heavier!?
Is CREATINE the best option to make you lift heavy and heavy weights very fast!?

I want to bench press a lot of weights by the end of 9 months!. I bench press 135 now and i want to aim for 500 if possible!. So please help me, what is the best option for me that will help me reach my goal besides using steroids!. Please help thanksWww@Answer-Health@Com

When I was 15, I increased my bench from 140 lbs to 255 in just over 9 months!. I doubt you will beat that!.

I didn't use any supplements!. I worked out 3x per week and never missed a workout, even when sick!. I did 6 sets, using a pyramid from 8 to 2 reps per set, resting 3 minutes between sets!.

It would take the average guy many years of lifting to reach 500 lbs, if they were not prevented so by injury!.

I'm aware that many people are impressed by a big bench press!. But don't be fooled, real strength is overall strength!. That means you need to exercise all the major muscles in your body to achieve overall strength and the best appearance!.

I can see that in the 35 years I've been lifing weights, a big bench by itself doesn't mean all that much!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
