Ok so, i want to know if what i am doing is messing up my metabolism?
i have a smoothie for breakfast with no sugar or anything, and for lunch i either have more of that smoothie otherwise nothing, and then for dinner i eat normal stuff. and im really not starving during lunchtime and after dinner im full.
is this good or not? im excersizing in the morning and this eating habit is part of me trying to lose 10 pounds in 2 months.

You should be ok-but I advise eating something like a salad or raw vegies for lunch.The fiber will help keep your metabolisim in check, the problem with crash diets is after -we tend to gain more weight becuse we don't balance our meals.
