Question: Is it bad to use Alli if you're not obese!?
My friend always talks about how skinny I am and how she wants to look like me!. So, she's recently started taking Alli to lose weight!. Okay, no problem up to that point, right!?

But here's the thing!. She's 5'3" and 100 pounds!. Sure, she's not as skinny as me, but she's PERFECT where she is, right!?

And so!.!.!.that would totally mean she's abusing the Alli pills, right!? I mean, what should I do!? Should I tell her to stop!? I mean, I don't want to make her mad or anything!.!.!. I don't know what the heck to do, man!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

yeah i def think she's abusing the pills!. i mean they might not even work anyways, and are prob just messing with her already perfect body!. 5'3 and 100 is pretty skinny already!.!.i should know i'm about that height!.!.so i would talk to her!. just tell her you don't think it's very healthy and could make things worse for her body!. and be sure to reassure her that she IS in fact skinny!. girls need/like reassurance! hahaWww@Answer-Health@Com

Its never good to take appitite suppressants!. It changes your natural metabloism!. People just have to realize that all bodies are built differently!.
I wear the same size as my friend but in my eyes she is smaller than me!. I know that we can share clothes and look good in them but you just tend to see how they are built differently!. Just let her know that it may cause problems for her when she gets older!. Usually your metabolism slows down as you get older but when you mess with your body it sort of mixes it all up!. It's not bad because it doesn't work! lol been there, tried that!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Yes, tell her to stop!. Alli is only for serious weight loss, and at 5'3" and 100lbs, she does not need to be losing serious weight (or any weight at all, really)!. Talk to her about it; it may be a sign of an eating disorder or another serious problem, in which case you should refer her to a psychologist who can help her with it!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
