after i lift i usually jog and play basketball, if i get whey protein would i get the same affects if i take it within a half hour of playing basketball or jogging because i do that right after lifting and it takes more than a half hour!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Scientifically speaking whey protien works its best a half hour before or a half hour after your workouts!. It does not really make a huge difference if its an hour or even two hours after your workout!. Whey protien is a great way to build muscle and is the number one fat burning food!.
