Question:

Does water help me lose fat? Is their anything i can eat to help me gain stronger muscles?

Answers:

Water will not help you to loose fat. However, drinking between one half and one full gallon of water each day will help your body to stop retaining water, which in turn, will help to appear leaner.
Muscles grow during the recovery phase or period after intense work outs and if you have supplied them with the proper nutrition (complete proteins, complex carbohydrates and essential fatty acids.)
To become stronger, one must create or induce an environment that causes adaptation by the muscle)s) that have been exercised. To reach this point, one must force the muscle(s) to work beyond the stress threshold that they are accustomed to working. This sends a signal to the muscle(s) that they must grow or perish.
Two worthwhile books that will help to explain this principle better as well as assist you in creating a workout that will enable you to reach your strength goals are "High Intensity Training the Mike Mentzer Way", by Mike Mentzer and John Little, and "The New High Intensity Training", by Ellington Darden, Ph.D. (Dr. Darden is an expert on nutrition as well.)
The scheme, in a nutshell, is 1)lift heavy for a brief period of time going to or close to positive momentary muscular failure, 2) immediately providing your body with the nutritional requirements to fuel growth, and 3) resting adequately during which time the muscles will grow.
Best of luck.
