At 5'2" and the age of 12, well, I think you want to lose about 35 pounds!.

Do you have a video gaming console!? If so, I highly recommend getting the game DDR (Dance, Dance Revolution)!. I lost 15 pounds playing it in the first couple of months and I wasn't even trying to lose weight! I was just playing to master and "beat" the game--it's just so much fun! It offers an intensive, challenging cardio workout, and there are people who have reported weight losses of over 100 pounds playing this game!. Of course, you have to progress to the more difficult levels before it gets truely physically challenging, mentally challenging as well!.

Entire school systems throughout the country have started incorporating DDR machines into their phys!. ed programs because it's just so good!. The state of West Virginia has dedicated funding to place at least 1 DDR machine in every public school in the state!. The reason is because students like playing it so much, they line after school hours for the opportunity!

At 12, you shouldn't aim for a particular number on the scale because your body will likely be changing quite a bit in the next few years!. You should allow your body to find a natural weight for each stage its going through!. At times you'll feel a little awkward, but I promise you that if you shoot for "being healthy" over "weighing 105 lb!." you'll feel better and it'll be the best thing for you!.

As for being healthy, try to cut out most of the junk in your diet!. Your diet should mainly consist of fruits, vegetables, whole grains, and some lean meats!. If it doesn't fit into that category, you should avoid it or eat it in small portions!. You should exercise 4-6 times per week doing anything you can that you enjoy!.

you are only 12, so you must remember that your BMI will be all over the place, and you are told to ingnore it until youve stopped growing!.

i checked out your pictures, and yes, i have to admit you look a little large!. however, the way forward is not dieting!. it's eating healthy foods and exercising more and more!.

the most important thing to do is not crash diet exercise as much as possible and eat healthy and change your way of life by taking more healthy options diets don't work so you need to make sure you make changes in your life!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
