Question: How many pound can i lose in 24 days by doing all this!?!?!?
This is my first month!. dieting and excersising!.!.so i wanted to know about how much can i lose!.!.!.PS!.!.am really overweight!!!

Eat: Only 1500 calories a day!.!.of healthy food!.!.!.but regular food!.!.!.but in smaller portions than before!.!.!.! No junk food!.!.chips!.!.soda!.!.candy!.etc!.!.

Workout Plan:
Gym 5x a week!. Strenght Training 2x a week!.!.!.I am going to workout about for an hour at the gym!.doing cardio!Www@Answer-Health@Com

That isn't an easy question to answer!.!.!.it depends on how fast your metabolism is!. Healthy weight loss is between 1-2 pounds per week!.

And the fact that you are going to be working out, you may not lose as much weight while still getting smaller!. Because as we've all heard, muscle weighs more than fat!.

example:

With your diet plan, you may lose 2 pounds a week!. But because you are excercising, your body may appear to have lost 4 pounds a week, even though you only lost 2 pounds on the scale!.

with your diet, try eating alot of foods with negative calories!.!.!.raw vegetables,etc!. These foods actually burn more calories to digest them than were actually in the food to begin with!. Usually if you are slightly overweight and you do a dramatic change in your diet and excerise you will see the weight fly off within the first month!. I would say you will lose between 15-20 pounds which is really alot for one month, possibly even a little more than that!. But your second month you will really have to switch up your routine, you don't want your body to become immune to your old workout and also don't get discouraged in your second month either, because weight will not come off as easily as the first month, it will, just not as quickly and not as much!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Depends how you push yourself in the gym!. Don't do full strength each time!. A good cardio would have you push yourself as hard as possible for about a minute, then you let your body relax while you push yourself just a tiny bit, let your heart rate come down for about 3 minutes, and then do it again and again!. 20 minutes of this is better then a straight run for 35 minutes!. Also you want to eat five small meals a day, of high protein!. Some examples is low fat cottage cheese with pineapple (which is delic), and tuna fish with whole wheat bread!. Www@Answer-Health@Com
