I have the same problem!. I THINK I'm hungry all the time, but I just like to eat A LOT!. Especially during the summer I have problems snacking!. So I'm doing a timer thing!. I wake up, eat breakfast and set a timer for 5 hours!. Once the timer goes off, I can eat lunch!. Then I set it again for 5 hours and eat dinner!. It's silly, but it's kind of working for me!. If I get to where all I'm doing is craving a snack, I eat an apple or cheese stick and force the urge down!. Dieting requires a lot of will and determination!. Chewing a piece of gum all day might help also because you still have the sensation of having something in your mouth and the taste of it!. *Shrugs* These ideas might not work, but you have to work at it! We can do it!. ;) :D

actually!.!.!.i think it would be good t oeat every hour!.!.!.i do!!.!.!.but the thing is, u have to make each hour a mini meal with about 200 calories in it!.!.!.thats called grazing and its good and keeps ur metabolism up!.!.!.if u are eating a buch of junk every hour thats not good!.!.!.but say u are eating some fruit or toast and pb ora mini meal!.!.!.that would be really good for u!!!Www@Answer-Health@Com
