Can anyone come up with a good diet and excersize plan that will help me lose 10!


Question:

Can anyone come up with a good diet and excersize plan that will help me lose 10 pounds in 2 months??

im 15 years old, 5'5" and 120-125 pounds. I know im not overweight but I want to be more toned and my stomach has no muscle i really want a 4 pac if not a 6 pac. and i dont like how my legs arent really skinny.

heres what i am doing right now:

8:00- I jog 1.5 miles
9:00- I do 50 situps, 20 pushups (adding 7 more to each every week for the rest of summer)
10:00- i drink a smoothie that consists of 1 banana, ice, fat free milk, and a carton of yoplait yogurt(whatever flavor i feel like, peach, strawberry, etc.)
12:00- same smoothie for lunch, otherwise nothing i really want results before school starts
6:00- regular dinner, whatever my parents make

im not sure if this plan is going to work and I am going to be so mad at myself if I dont lose these 10 pounds by the next 2 months, so if you have any suggestions, or a different plan i should try, please let me know!

sounds good, but if you really want to build muscle you need to eat protein...lots of protein...at least 45 minutes after you work out...also....dont do every exercise every day, you will end up destroying your muscles, try jogging every other day, pushups every 2 days, and situps you can do like 5 out of the 7 days in a week...i know its frustrating, because i myself hate the feeling of not going anywhere fast...but you need to be healthy and not just toned
