Cake On A Diet!!???????!


Question: Cake On A Diet!!!?!?!?!?!?!?!?
Tommorow is my younger brothers birthday! My sis made this DELICIOUS cake! The cake is chocolate! Theres chocolate frosting & chocolate chips & some sprinkles! Im gonna eat NOTHING but fruit tomorrow & a healthy small dinner! Is it ok if I have a little piece!? Be Honest Please! Thank you! Bye!.

Of course you can have a piece, you can have a regular sized one too! If you make your diet too difficult it will be harder to stick to!. One piece of cake is gonna be just fine!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

There are no forbidden foods on a healthy diet, only foods you should eat less of, less often!. Fruit happens to be healthy for you, but not necessarily low in calories!. Aside from the yummy vitamins and fiber, they also contain large amounts of fructose- fruit sugar!. You would do better to bank calories by having a bowl of cereal for breakfast, and a salad for lunch!. Fill the empty space with rice crackers!. Then you can have a nice dinner and a reasonable size piece of that cake and do it with a clear conscience!. It's always better in the long run of a diet to have a little, planned for indulgence than it is to deny yourself totally!. Then you just break down, binge, and kick yourself!. Eat salad, then cake!. I don't recommend eating only fruit all day and a small dinner because what is most likely going to end up happening is that when it's time for that small piece of cake, you are going to want to stuff the whole cake in your mouth!. This is because you will most likely be so hungry since fruit gets absorbed so quickly that your body will be begging for any food!. Once that cake hits your mouth, it will be very difficult to stop eating!. I suggest eating healthy for the day but incorporating more fuilling foods full with fiber (including fruits also) and then allow yourself to still enjoy a normal size piece of cake!. You will end up eating less calories and fat that way!. This is what happens to me anyway!. Www@Answer-Health@Com
