Question: Should I go on a diet already !?!
Hey, so umm I want to look in shape for my bday which is ending December, since I will be going to Canada!.

Like in 5 months, and I was wondering!.!.do I need to get on a diet as soon as possible or like two months before my bday!?

I dont know!.!.
any tips, advices!?

Go on a fairly controlled diet!. Eat healthily and do plenty of excercise but don't cut all treats out of your diet!. An occasional biscuit is fine!.

Don't go on one 1 or 2 months before your birthday because you will panic and cut all unhealthy foods out of your diet then after a bad day!.!.!.!. binge

dieting somewhat works!. don't just cut down on what you eat!. cut down on all the junkfood!. if you eat healthier, like a lot of fruits and vegetables, sooner or later you will begin to lose wheight!. losing weight takes a lot of time, it also depends on how much you excersice!. so do a lot of that!. start now and you will look great in time for your birthday if you are committed!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I had to lose like 10 pounds in order to fit into my wedding dress!. In two weeks I was able to do this!. I cut out carbs and ran 3-5 miles everyday!. If you haven't been working out, I'd suggest starting slowly now, and building up!. As for the diet portion, I'd say wait til a few weeks before!. You'll be less likely to cheat if you see the light at the end of the tunnel!

I think you should go ahead and start because its only health to loose a few pounds each month!. If you loose 5 pounds a month in five months that is 25lbs!. I don't know how much you need to loose but it's a start!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

if your looking to "look in shape" then start be exercising!.
walking, swimming, bike riding, jogging,etc!.!.!. at least 30-45 a day!.
