Well, avoid all fats, junkfood and don't drink soda! Keep exercising at least 2 hrs!. a day!. You could do sit-ups, push-ups and other exercises!. Check out this website!. It will give instuctions for exercises!.

Also you gotta have healthy meals: Breakfast-oatmeal or milk with HEALTHY cereal!. Lunch-Stuff not from fast food restaurants!. You could eat clam chowder, veggie burger ect!. Dinner- Eat very little for dinner!. Then wait at least 1-2 hrs!. before you go to bed to give your body time to digest the food!. That's what you can do to lose weight!. Just eat healthy and keep exercising! And here's a website that might help you too!.

But honestly, you can't lose 20 pounds in one week healthily!. HOw about 5 pounds per week, for one month!?
If you want to work on your belly do lots of ab!. work!. Check out this video- try these exercises about twice daily, for 15 minutes and you will see serious results! You are only 9!. You shouldn't worry about how you look until you are 13! Plus, you aren't supposed to even be on this site unless you are 13!.!.!.!.!.
