How do i loose my tummy flab?!


Question: How do i loose my tummy flab!?
I'm 13, 5'6 and 120lbs!. I eat decently healthy (though i do splurge now and then) and i do hard core competitive cheerleading 4 times a week!. but i still have about an inch of flab around my lower stomach! I've got abs under the flab but how do i get them to show!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

When I was 13 I was on a competetion squad as well, and my coach worked us to the bone, doing suicides, wall sits, tumbling, but I could never seem to loose any weight!. Now looking back I realize it was because after every practice I would pig out when I got home!. I was 13, I knew nothing about eating right, so definally think about what your eating and how much of it!. Cheerleading is a really hard core sport, it should be definally toning you up if you are indeed eating the right things!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Obviously you need to exersize and eat right!. But i think the one thing that you will get the best results with is swimming!. Go in the pool as much as you can!. And when you do, swim at least 20 laps!. I personally go for at least an hour every day!. And not to brag im not on the "flab" side!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Swimming is the best thing you can do!

It works all muscles in the body, is very low impact, and a great cardio workout!
