Question: Do i have an eating disorder
I rarely ever eat
on a regular day i:
exercise for 45 min and burn 300-400 calories
and I drink flavored water its 0 calories!.!.!.
and eat a 6 inch sub 355
than I watermelon if I get really hungry
sometimes I get really hungry but I don

You are developing an eating disorder!. I'm going to tell you short and simple!. If you continue eating like this you're going to develop a full blown eating disorder!. You are the perfect size for your height (maybe even skinnier than average) and age!. Eat as much as you feel like eating, but you should only be eating 2,000 calories a day!. So now, you can pick up a 12 inch sub from Subway, excercise 30 mins every OTHER day, grab a flavored water, and some fruit and chips for lunch and a snack!.

Well, it's always unhealthy to not eat!.
i would suggest the exercise (that's great! as long as you don't do it too much, either), and eating the food you eat but more!.
For dinner have a low-calorie meal that fills you up and makes you feel better, and have a really big breakfast as that helps burn more calories throughout the day and is healthier!

You said that you burn 300-400 calories, right!? Well, you muscles get hungry so you need to eat!. But if you eat food that is unhealthy, then you don't gain weight!. Eat when you're hungry and stop eating when you are full!. You are a perfect weight for your height and age!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
