So, im Starting to exercise today, but i have some questions!.
1!.) is it better to eat small portions daily or just 3 big meals a day!?!.
2!.)Does Walking burn more fat than running cause i read that it will just use glycorin or something!.
3!.)is it true that 1lb of fat has 3500 calories!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

This is what I did to start losing weight!.

1!. I when I work out I wear a heart rate monitor that measures my heart rate, tells me how many calories I burned, how much of those calories are from fat, and many other things!.

2!. I keep a food journal!. If the morsal is larger than my thumb nail then I record it!. Those smaller than my thumb nail are the rare samples I have when I go to the local coffe house!. My food journal is electronic!. I use a program called Diet Power!. I analyzes my meals so that I know what nutrients I'm getting too little of and what nutrients I might be getting too much of!. It also keeps track of my calories!. I do try to eat foods lower in fat and sodium!. I've also limited my sweets!.

3!. I am not able to have small meals throughout the day because I'm a teacher and can't keep food in the classroom!. So the small meals are out for me!.

4!. I started a running program-very light running as I am very out of shape-about 6 weeks ago!. Keeping the food journal and exercising have helped me lose 13 lbs so far!. I'm stil losing!.

drink 8-10 glasses of water!. U should have a healthy balanced diet have more fibre and protein in your diet they keep you full and energized and you should have small meal every 3 hours and don
