Question: What Do You Think Of My Breakfast Plans!? Are They Good!?
OK, so heres the deal!.!.!. i want to be healthier and lose weight!. my moms buying a treadmill in like a month, but i want to start eating helthy THEN get int the excersize!. i dont want to shock my body!. lol!.


ok, here it is:

1 Slice Toast (Whole Wheat) with 1 tbsp reduced-fat peanut butter - 190 calories

1 Large Boiled Egg w/a dash of salt and pepper- 78 calories

1 Cup fat-free milk- 95 calories

Fruit, a single serving of a fruit, like kiwi, banana, apple, orange, grapefruit, grapes etc!.!.!. cepends what we have in the house =] -from 50 to 150 calories


so!.!.!. does this sound like a good breakfast!? it totals 413 calories to 513 calories, depending on the fruit i eat!.

1/2 serving of Vector cereal (2/3 cup cereal and 100ml skim milk)- like 90 cals!?!?

Banana, Grapefuit, or Apple- 72 to 105 cals

1 boiled egg w/ dash of salt and pepper- 78 cals

1 little tub of fat-free fruit yogurt- 118 cals

this totals 358 to 424 calories



thats all i can think of for now, if u guys have any other ideas, can you please add them along wit your thoughts on my meals planned!? TY!! =]

Answers:
Don't think about losing weight in terms of calories!. If you want to lose weight and be healthier you just need a balanced diet that you can stick to!.

I would recommend:

Breakfast:
Cereal (weet-bix is one of the healthiest, with skim milk)
Fruit

As both of these foods are good for you, the quantity you have will not have a significant impact on your diet!. So if you are still hungry just have more of them!.

Snacking on fruit and yoghurt throughout the day will also keep the hunger pains away!.

Lunch:
meat and salad sandwich or
chicken salad

This should be your biggest meal of the day!. At least avoid having hot food for lunch!.

Dinner:
Meat
at least 3 different kinds of vegetables

Dessert:
Fruit salad
low fat custard

These are just some of the foods that will give you a well-balanced diet!.

Shocking your body is definately not a good thing so just start out small!. If you eat a few things that conflict with your new diet (ie!. macca's) it's not the end of the world!. Fats and sugars are also an essential part of your diet!. Just not an excessive amount!.

In terms of exercise, you do not need to buy a treadmill!. They are excessively expensive and a waste of money if they do not get sufficient use!. Walking around the block, even running down the street will help!.

Sounds good but you may want to lay off the egg yolk!. Try and eat the egg whites instead and if you must have the yolk, limit yourself to about 2 per week!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

You've got your protein, carbs, dairy, and fruit!.!.!.quite balanced! Healthy, but with enough calories to give you proper fuel!. Sounds like the breakfast of champions to me!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
