Exercise advice please??!


Question: Exercise advice please!?!?
im fifteen years old and i really want to lose weight in my thighs, hips, and stomach, but i want to accomplish this without going into a gym!. In other words, i would like to know of any exercises that target these areas that i can do in my room without any machines!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

omg deff you dont need to go to a gym to look good!.
okay well the ones that i do all the time is
cruches (focus- upper abs)
im not sure what this one is called but lay on your back and put your legs straight up and lift your butt off the floor (focus-lower abs)
squats are good for butt
hips you can do a cruch but when you crunch up you reach to the outside of your sneaker!. youll feel the burn in your sides!.!.
lunges are really good for your thighs!.!

Before I got a treadmill, I would jog in place or take a walk outside!. If your wanting to keep your exercise low-key which is pretty apparent, I'd suggest Leslie Sansone's Walk Away Your Waistline at Home!. There are 3 fifteen minute segments, 1 mile each!. It'll seem silly cause your fifteen doing the same exercise as 40 yr old women, but in your case with wanting to do it at home with no equipment, I think it'd be the best way!. I bought it at my local Walmart!. As far as toning, bicycle crunches, normal crunches, and reverse crunches would be the best!. For your thighs and buttocks, I do leg lifts!. ie: Stand up, knees bent, and hinge forward a little bit!. Place your right hand on a flat, sturdy object thats about as tall as your mid-thigh!. Left hand behind your back and lift your left leg to the side and repeat with the other side!. Lunges are also a good way to tone the thighs!.

You can NOT spot reduce ! Your body tells you where the fat goes or doesn't go!. The first thing all of us need to do is cut down on fast foods, junk foods, sweets and surgary drinks!.
Females tend to have more problems in these areas!.
You can do sit ups, deep knee bends, twists at the waist!.!.!.Lay on your side and raise yor leg slowly up and down!. You can even make up your own exercises!.But you have to do these things for at least 30 minutes a day, three days a week!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
