Question: Should I eat before or after I go to the gym in the morning!?!?
I like to go to the gym for about an hour each morning - my question is should I eat breakfast before I go or after I come home!? If you say before I go - what should I eat and how much!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

You should eat before and after working out!. Don't starve yourself!. Eat plenty of carbs to fuel your energy for the workout!. If you don't eat anything before your workout you'll not have an effective workout!.

For breakfast have a bowl of oatmeal with some flavoring (such as honey), a sandwich with your favorite fillings and 2 glasses of water!. You could also have 1 piece of fruit like an apple or banana!.

After working out you should have some chicken with salad and 2 glasses of water!. You may also want a sandwich!.

Eating is important!.

Well I suggest you to go gym without having any thing!. You can drink luke warm water when you are using exercise machines!. No water during aerobics or yoga!. Have low fat protein rich break fast at least after one and half hour!. Ideally there must be a gap of 2 hours between exercise and breakfast!. Yes, I advised by my personal trainer in FITNESS FIRST, you have to eat at least an hour before going to your regular work out especially if you are going to have a heavy exercise and a lot calories burning!. If you failed to eat before working out, you might feel dizziness!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Eat a little something before hand!. You've been fasting all night and it's not good to exert yourself in that state!.
I actually threw up once!.!. (no joke) and was scolded by the trainer and told to eat a little oatmeal, fruit or a cereal bar before working out!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

breakfast as the name suggest is to break the fast of the night sleep!. You need something in your stomach to restart the body's energy after fasting for the night!. So yes!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
