Does anybody else get sick of people (usually meatheads) hating on cardio?!


Question: Does anybody else get sick of people (usually meatheads) hating on cardio!?
I lift weights too, but I sweat 3 times as much after 20 minutes of cardio than I do after 90 minutes of intense weightlifting!. Therefore, I know it's burning more fat!. It kinda reminds me of the pale freckly jealous people who can't get tan who always tell great looking tan people they're going to get skin cancer!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

people definitely underestimate cardio!. i wish i did more of it!. I have never had a meathead hate on cardio though, so you're alone on that one!. Www@Answer-Health@Com

I don't hate on it, but people who weightlift need to realize they can't do cardio if they plan on gaining any significant muscle mass!. The only cardio ok for a weightlifter is HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training), which doesn't burn muscle like other cardio!.

For someone who is just looking to burn fat, by all means, cardio is very good, combined with a healthy diet!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Not really, I usually try to explain why is important but if they don't want to understand, what can you do!? I just hope that one day they will understand!.
