I really wanna get fit over Summer...?!


Question:

I really wanna get fit over Summer...?

I'm 5'6" and weigh about 125 pounds. Any good tips for working out and dieting? I can't seen to get way from junk food but I am exorcising more. Any good tips would be greatly appreciated.

if you NEED you junk food just cut down as much junk food as you are having into smaller portions. also chew longer. and also put like potato chips in a bowl and dont eat out of the bag because you wont realize how many you are having. and try yogurt, it tastes sweet and fills you up. good luck
