This isn't a question that can really be answered on here, hon!.

EVERY PERSON IS DIFFERENT!.

Your body frame, bone density, and muscle mass have to be taken into consideration!. For example, I had a bone scan done and have a medium frame with high density (heavy) bones!. At 5'4" I should not weigh less than 150 pounds!. That sounds huge but at 150 I am very very thin!.

The BMI calculators are a good general guideline but need to be revamped big time!.

Muscle weighs more than fat!. Bone mass plays a role!. Fat is not the only thing to consider!. If you're truly worried then ask your doctor!. S/he will tell you what is right for you!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

according to the body mass index scale you are fine right now but try not to gain any weight then you verge on to the overweight range!. to calculate your bmi [body mass index] you can use this website: http://www!.nhlbisupport!.com/bmi/ , and it will tell you if you are underweight/overweight/average, i checked it for you and your bmi is 24, and according to the bmi, Normal weight = 18!.5-24!.9 Www@Answer-Health@Com

Normally for girl, most physicians allow 100lbs for the 1st 5 feet and then 10lbs for every inch, (+/-) 10lbs!. For instance, I am 5'2" tall!. My physician recommends that I weigh between 110-130lbs!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
