Two weeks isn't a lot of time, so you need an intense workout that will melt the fat off!.

Almost any exercise, when done intensely enough, will burn fat!. But one of the most recommended by professionals is something called interval training!.

Its basically short periods of intensity mixed with short periods of rest!. What this does is essentially smack your metabolism in the face to wake it up and force it to burn fat!. Here's a perfect example that worked for me:

1 minute - jog (warm up)
30 seconds - sprint
30 seconds - jog
30 seconds - sprint
30 seconds - jog
30 seconds - sprint
30 seconds - jog
30 seconds - sprint
1 minute - jog (cool down)

This entire workout lasts less than 6 minutes but will absolutely kick your butt!. When you sprint, go 100 percent full speed!. At the end, you can jog for longer if you'd like until your heart rate calms down a little!.

Do this everyday for a week and I will bet you anything you'll notice a difference!.

There is pretty much no way to get a six pack in 2 weeks but a start would be to go to a website that can calculate your bmi!. ok first and for most
eat healthy and do cardio everyday to lose weight
u have to lose weight first then work on the abs
so after a month or so of osing weight with cardio
u can focus on the siz pack
ReMeMBER: that a six pack takes comitment and patience
you have to do crunches of all sorts EVERYDAY
i usually do 300 a day
for the bottom muscle in ur stomach u can do whats called the " military"
so u lay on the ground and lift ur legs and ur back and move up and down!.!.this exercise is slightly harder but more helpful

you can also look up other exercises on youtube
for other skills u can learn

For losing weight you MUST jump (or just get your body to shake, for example, by running) a lot!. If you just do regular exercise you will gain muscles!.!.!. only they will be below the fat!. Jumping breaks down and spreads the fat so that it's less seen!. To get a six pack you should do sit ups (for the upper abs)!. You should also try lying down and raise your legs while keeping them straight (for the lower abs)!.

Last, but certainly not least, you must go on a diet!. Refrain from eating sweets or bread otherwise you will not feel much of an effect!.

My mom is a kickboxer and that will be hard to do with no equiment and short amount of time!. what you can do is just eat healthy go on jogs or runs everyday do crunches or exercises that you can do with no equiment and that will help your abs!. or a really odd thing to do would be to get the lapband or surgery!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Health wise, it can not be done!.

6 pack comes with year and months of sit up, weight lifting, etc!.

you could try excessive sit ups about 500 a day to see if it helps!.

Arobics for an hour a day every day might help!. Www@Answer-Health@Com

Stop drinking sodas!. Drink lots and lots of water!.
