Exercises to tighten abs?!


Question: Exercises to tighten abs!?
I need to tighten my stomach!.!. what kind of exercises would be beneficial!? Sit-ups!?
(I also need to tone my upper arms!.!.)

Answers:
Sit-ups are very old-school!.
What you need to do is crunches which isolate your upper abs!.

For lower abs, you need to do something like leg raises!.
Laying flat on your back, put your hands under your butt and lift your legs up to the ceiling keeping them straight and fully extended!.

From the same position, you can also do bicycle kicks, which is just alternating bringing up your knees to your chest!.

So what I do is run or you can walk!. But running is a known fact to tighten stomach muscles! Its that easy!. Also abs are made in the kitchen!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
