Question: What to do,!.!.I'm addicted- (PICS inside)
I LOOOVVEE food!. I'm not over wieght by any means!. I'm 'average' size but I'm getting married in September of next year!. I want to lose wieght but I of course cant give up food!. It's my passion!. Is it possible to lose wieght without changing your diet plan!? I'm about a size 12/14 and I'd like to be a 8/10!.

I agree with you, your average weight and height/weigh proportioned, my only thought is watch out later on in life!. It's that 5-6 pounds a year that you really don't notice, then all of a sudden your looking into the mirror, crying and wondering what happened and when!. Take control now to maintain, you look good just as you are, but it's not always going to be easy to keep that!. And my dearest, smile when a camera is pointed at you and say "gimme some cheeeeeeesssssee"Www@Answer-Health@Com

I think you have a perfect figure by the way!! Do you drink pop or lattes or any other drink!? I know you said you don't want to change your diet but If you cut out those alone in one year you will be right where you want!. You have quite a bit of time before your wedding- just taking two long walks a week would burn enough to make a difference in the course of a year!. What really made a difference for me when I was the same size trying to get to a 10 was every night I would do 50 push ups- 50- crunches and 50 leg lifts each side!. It didn't take long and if I missed a night or two a week it was okay!. And it didn't take but a few minutes a night!. I still ate the same and I didn't even do any cardio but just toning up and building a little more muscle helped get the last few pounds off!. Congrats and good luck!!Www@Answer-Health@Com

After looking at your pictures, I think you are quite OK and need not worry your head about it!. You could work on your attitude though!. Being more relaxed and cheerful will help you with whatever goals you have in life!. When you are eating, ask yourself, how important is this in my scheme of things!. If your mind says, not important, then put whatever you are eating, aside or postpone it for later!.

You could do well to skip rope twice a day!. It is a simple enough exercise and will keep you nice and trim!. Just keep track of your counts and try and increase them a bit, week on week!. Good luck and keep smiling!. Your workload will seem to reduce!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

you should probably join weight watchers!. They give u a points book to keep track of wat u eat and tell you wat u eat has a certain amount of points in it, and you can still eat fast food and stuff!. Www@Answer-Health@Com

well it all depends what kind of food u eating!?!? u can always gradually stop eating it strictly stand to 3 meals a day and healthy snacks, go to the gym and run alot!. try cooking ur own food instead of instant food
