Question: (10points!)what can i change about my diet/lifestyle to lose weight!? easy 10 points
okay here's what i do:

on a boring day
i wake up around 3-5pm
if i'm hungry i eat fresh veggies with light ranch but sometimes i don't eat until dinner time
around 7-8 i eat dinner, it's usually grilled/roasted chicken with grilled veggies and rice
after dinner i'd snack on more veggies throughout the night and just sit around and fall asleep at 4-7am

on a weekend/slightly busy day
i'd wake up from 12-2pm
get ready and hang out
when i'm out i don't eat meals but i snack on trail mix and water
i usually get home from 11pm-1am and don't eat and just go to bed

i'm obviously not very active but once every 1-2 weeks i go out jogging/hiking up a river for about 3 hours

my goal is to lose 10 pounds in one month
i'm not sure if i should eat more smaller meals or just eat one big meal a day and what exercises can i do to lose weight the fastest!? and how many times should i do it!?

i'm 16 years old and 140 pounds!.
i attempt to drink a lot of water but i probably end up drinking 3-4 bottles a dayWww@Answer-Health@Com

What you should do is change your eating habit to a healthier one and start exercising (people tell you this over and over because it WORKS!)!.

Disclaimer: I don't recommend any diet to you or anyone, but I just wanted to share my experience!. You should talk to your nutritionist/doctor before making any drastic changes to your body!.

What I did was I went on an "eating-only-corn-flakes" diet!. xD I lost the weight really quickly (~25 lbs)!. After a 2-3 weeks of eating only corn flakes breakfast/lunch/dinner (NO snacks whatsoever), I went off the diet and started eating normal, and healthy foods, with A LOT of water and tons of fruits!. I'm able to keep off the weight I've lost for ~6 years now!.

Currently, I've been exercising!. I have an "air-stepper" at home, and I get on it for 15 minutes each day to get my cardio workout!. I take my pulse at 5 min!. intervals for 15 minutes to see if I'm improving!. ^_^ Then, I get on my Total Gym and start working on my arms and legs (pulling, pushing, etc!.)!. To tone my abs, I do 200 crunches; they are much easier than sit-ups!. ^_^ Lastly, I do 100 of those "standing-up" crunches!. I don't know what to call them, but I saw it on Hip-Hop Abs!. The lay down crunches and the standing up crunches that I do gave me the flat stomach I have now!. ^____^ Very happy with the results!. You can do as many as your body can tollerate for ONE day and feel your stomach flatter immediately afterwards (at least for me)! It's incredible!

If you do not have gym equipment, just jumping around and running place for 15-30 minutes will get you your cardio workout!. Eat yougurt, fruits, and other health foods!. Drink tons of water and your daily dosage of milk!. ^_^

You can lose weight if you control the type and the amount of food you eat!. The type of food is important!. Try to stay away from fatty foods!.
Well this can help you lose weight slowly!.
But if you want to lose weight fast, you also need to exercise 3 days a week!. You can check this website below, which maybe helpful!.

first of all the reason you are inactive is that you are starving yourself!. I was too, without being aware of it!. my dietician put me on a protein shake and it made a big diff!. so go out and buy a good quality protein shake!. and yes, 6 smaller meals will help you!. start your meal with a soup or a huge salad!. this fills u up!. Make sure your plate has this ratio - 50 per cent veg, 25 per cent carb!. potatoes, corn and peas come in carbs category!. 25 per cent protein!.this will prevent cravings too!.an occassional treat is OK!. have a snack every three hours!. fruit ,ideally berries, or soy nuts!. just 2 tbsp of soya subsides hunger pangs!. switch from white rice and bread to brown!. eat 900gms of veggies a day!.Lose a kilo a week!. that is permanent loss!. pick an exercise regime you like!.
get a pedometer and try to take 10,000 steps everyday!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
