You cant EVER become bulking without steroids!.

All those women you see in magazines use steroids!.


Young guys have 150+ times the testosterone as you do, and considerably less estrogen!.

And they cant get bulky looking when they workout obsessively with huge weights, and 6-7 thousand calorie diets!.


You think your going to be a bodybuilder by accident with zero testosterone production, 5 pounds dumbells, and 1500 calories a day !?


Its absurd!.

When you are looking to improve the overall tone of your body but you don't want to bulk up, weight training is still an important and viable option!. Whether with free weights or weight machines, the key is to workout at a level that is comfortable but not too light - you stilll have to work out, just don't choose a weight that is pushing yourself!. Instead, increase the number of reps or sets you do to insure you are getting a full toning workout!. And don't be embarrassed if your dumbbells are only five pounds!. You're toning not bulking up!.

With any weight training you do make sure you use light weight and do 12-15 reps per set!. Women generally cant bulk up do to the lack of testosterone!.
