Question: I always hear that cardio helps you lose weight the fastest!?
Is that true!?If so what helps you lose weight,is it running,walking!.!.!.etc

Cardio burns the most calories the fastest, of course, the more physically strenuous, the more calories you will burn!.

If you run for 30 minutes, it's going to burn more calories than 30 minutes of walking, however, if you run for 4 miles, or walk for 4 miles, you'll still burn about as many calories, but walking that distance will take you far longer!.

I enjoy bike riding, where I can hit the trail, put on my headphones, and get so lose in my ride and music, I don't even feel like I'm exercising!.

As well as dancing to DDR, a video game played with your feet on a dance mat, which is so physically challenging and strenous, I work up a sweat in less than 10 minutes--and it's just so much fun!
