Question: From personal experience has anybody got big off pushups and if so let me know how many to do a day
Answers:
Push Ups are an excellent exercise, builds muscles in several areas, such as arms back, stomach, chest etc!. Start off doing only what you feel comfortable with!. Do a set lets say twenty!. then do another later on then another , then another, try to get in at least 100 push ups thorugh the day!. As you get stronger you will be able to do more and more and you will see the difference in a few months!. My friend was up to 1000 push ups a day and he was ripped!. Www@Answer-Health@Com

i havent so i am just doing bench, flies, dumbells and sit ups!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
