What should I do about ...!


Question: What should I do about !.!.!.
I'm just curious about what my average weight should be!. I am eighteen years young and the last time I stood on a scale, I was around one hundred and sixty to one hundred and sixty-five pounds!. I know I'm a little heavy for my age and height, I'm only around five foot two to about five foot three!. Well, I guess my major questions are, what should and what can i do to lose some weight and what should I weight!? I don't have the money to join a gym, and I don't have any where near my house that I could go and walk or run!. So what could I do at my house!?

Most libraries in cities have workout videos that you can check out!. Since your option is working out at home, I would check what workout dvds they have!. I like this option the best because you just need to pop in a workout and follow it for 30-60 minutes!.

Another option is find workouts online!. Self magazine has a great video archives that you can check out for great ideas!. http://www!.self!.com/magazine/articles/20!.!.!.
