How can you tell if your Ectomorphic, Endomorphic or Mesomorphic?!
Question: How can you tell if your Ectomorphic, Endomorphic or Mesomorphic!?
heres the deal!.!. i know what they all mean but i am overweight about 5"11 & 225 lbs
but i have broad shoulders, muscular legs & arms, but i have quite alot of fat on my stomach!.

I don't pay attention to those standards, because real people are so much more variable!. Most people would say that I'm an ectomorph because I am thin, but technically, ectomorphs have narrow shoulders and little muscle!. I fall under that category in weight only!. I guess you could just go by general weight!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
