I need to lose weight help!!?

ok so i am 140 13 and 140 pounds, when i went to the doctor for my yearly physical she said i wasnt over weight i was at a normal weight for my age and my height but kids in my school call me fat and stuff and they weigh like 110 i want to loose 20-40 pounds and fast thanks:)

dont goby what what other people say to u even though i do ok exercise and ull eventually lose it u dont really need to lose weight
