Is it good to work out after every meal?!


Question:

Is it good to work out after every meal?

Is it good or bad to work out about an hour and a half after every meal (breakfast, lunch, dinner) after i do all this, i just feel really starving before i go to bed, i have lost five pounds in like a week doing this, should i continue?


Answers:

yes and no!! u may get cramps, but if u arent then go right ahead then!!!! ans remember to eat all your meals early cause it is good for your digestitive system :)
